I have the right to decline any project that I do not feel comfortable drawing.

If you have any deadline please let me know even if that date seems distant. If you are in a particular hurry and need your commission on priority, we must discuss it right away. A rush fee might be added.

I own any artwork I made, therefore I have the right to post them on my socials or in my portfolio. I will always credit the person who commissioned.

I will need references. Please collect and supply as many references as needed. Doing this, I will be able to work faster and create more precisely what you imagine. Examples of references are: text or images of poses, hairstyles, facial features, information about your character, color palettes, etc.

Do not use any of my work in any NFT.

If you commissioned me emotes (static or animated) you must give me, @mr_pepper06 on Twitch, the "Emote attribution".

Payment via paypal only.

Prices are all in USD$ US Dollar, make sure to check if you are using the correct currency before finalizing the payment.

Any commission can be paid either 100% upfront or can be split 50% upfront and 50% after the final sketch approval.

Don't send me any payment before we have agreed on the final price of your commission.

While I'm working on your commission, I will be in close contact with you. I will send you work in progress, I will suggest ideas, and I will ask you questions if I'm not sure about your preferences. Please try to be active and responsive, I can not make this commission without your help. If you don't respond I will have difficulties completing your work, this might result in a delay to complete your commission.

To get started on your commission, a full upfront payment is required. Once the payment is received, I will promptly begin the work, keep you updated with requests for revisions and approvals, and ensure the project is completed efficiently without any interruptions.

For a split payment plan of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, I will begin working as soon as the first half of the payment is received. The other 50% should be sent before sending the final files.

I usually work on commissions while streaming on Twitch. If you prefer me to not do your commission while streaming, please let me know as soon as possible.

Please inform me as soon as possible if there is anything you don't like during the process of creating your commission.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing.

The cost of the extra fee depends on the type of change you want in the final artwork, if the change is minor, no extra fees will be added.

You will have 3 changes on the sketch process after that I will charge a fee for revisions.

You will receive a full-resolution PNG of your commission (approximately 4000px at 300 DPI). The image will have a specific ratio (16:9, 1:1, 4:5, etc.) based on the composition or your preferences, or a smaller size if it is pixel art. Upon request, I can also provide the characters with a transparent background.

You can not print and resell any artwork as stickers, on t-shirt, on mugs, etc. If you want to do it, you must buy the Full Rights for Commercial Resale.

Twitch graphics: You will receive ready-to-use emotes and badges that you can instantly upload to your Twitch channel. Additionally, I will provide full-resolution PNG files (1000px, 300 dpi, 1:1) for you to appreciate and use on your channel.

If you wish to purchase the rights to a completed artwork, a rights fee will apply. This fee grants you full rights to the artwork for resale purposes. This includes the ability to use it for merchandise, stickers, shirt designs, mug designs, book covers, album covers, and more.

Full Rights for Commercial Resale: The price of your commission will be doubled to acquire full rights. This grants you permission to use your commissioned artwork for resale purposes, with Mr. Pepper (the artist) relinquishing any claim to income from your sales. This includes usage for merchandise, stickers, shirt designs, mug designs, book covers, album covers, and other commercial applications.

I, Mr. Pepper (the artist), retain the rights to the produced artwork. This allows me to use the artwork for self-promotion, display it on social media, and other platforms, and post it as I see fit. Rest assured, I will always provide proper credit to you, the customer, who commissioned the piece.

Please note: If you have any concerns or objections to this policy, I am entirely open to discussing them with you in advance. Your satisfaction and comfort with the terms are important to me, and I am happy to make adjustments where necessary.

Copyright infringement includes reproducing or using the artwork commercially to profit, claiming the artwork as your own, removing my signature, or altering the artwork without my consent. These actions violate my rights as the creator. For commercial use or questions about usage, please contact me for licensing. Respecting these terms ensures fair treatment of intellectual property.

You may cancel your order free of charge before paying.

Please be advised that once I have started working on your commission, refunds will not be possible. I encourage you to carefully consider this before commissioning me. If you have any questions or uncertainties about the commission process, please don't hesitate to discuss them with me beforehand.

IMPORTANT: If you initiate a PayPal chargeback at any point, you will forfeit all rights to the commissioned piece mentioned earlier. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
